starting baby food

My little girl, is now 5.5 months old, and I've tried starting baby food, but he simply doesn't like it! I've tried a variety of veggies and fruits, as well as baby cereal. And of course i have the soft little spoons so it doesn't hurt his gums.
Any suggestions? Is he just not ready yet? I am certainly not ready to wean him yet...he is just so big (17.5), and i want to make sure he is getting everything he needs.

Sounds like he's just nit interested yet hun! I just waited until Morgan was ready. You'll soon know it, he'll be biting the spoon from your hands before you know it
