She's 24 weeks today so were gonna start her tomorrow :D any suggestions as what's best to start her on? And what time of day? I guess you just start with 1 'meal' then work up from there?

Sorry for all the questions lol

Good luck! My advice would be to let her eat a meal with you after she's had a nap and a milk feed. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. It's best if you can let her join in with as many meals as you can as they're all good practice.

I started Ellie on sticks of fruit and veg. Eat at the same time at her and if she gags, stay calm, she'll sort herself out. Don't expect too much at first as she probably won't actually eat anything for a while but if she's bringing it to her mouth and gumming it then it's a great start.

    Enjoy!
