Starting Clomid CD2-6... Anyone want to join me?

I am now moving in to cycle #13. Currently CD1 and starting Clomid tomorrow!
I have PCOS and DH has a good sperm count but zero morphology so we are really trying against the odds here.
This is cycle 3 after my MMC.
Anyone care to join me on my new Clomid journey? Xx

good luck darling!! Clomid worked wonders for me, I fell pregnant my first cycle Took provera to bring on my menses, and 50mg of Clomid od cd5-9. Ovulated on cd15 and got my BFP on 10dpo. That was July of 2011. After my son was born, I fell pregnant during my fertile post-partum period. Now ttc #3 since May of 2013. Really wanna try naturally but may have to go back and get another prescription of Clomid.
I had very little to no side effects from the clomid. How are you feeling?

I am currently feeling fine! I haven't noticed any side effects yet and today is day 4 of Clomid. I started temping last month which put ovulation as CD23, and AF came on CD38.
I am going to start OPKs at about CD10 and hopefully confirm ovulation with temping.
I was due a follicle scan next week but my consultant is off, so I'm going this month alone which is a bit disappointing.

I took Clomid back in 2009 after ovarian drilling and fell pregnant with DS2. I was just about to start again when I fell pregnant with my DD.
I am feeling optimistic as this is cycle 1 with Clomid. Ask me in a few months and it might be a different story!

Well, My doctor had me using OPKS from cd 10 until I reached a positive one. I never did any type of follicle scans. she gave me 3 refills on the clomid and said call me if you haven't ovulated by cycle #3. We were very surprised!

I am not wanting to ask my high risk OBGYN for Clomid, as he has already advised me against another pregnancy. Both of my previous pregnancies were very high risk.. he said if I were to achieve pregnancy again he would send me to a fetal medicine specialist.

I feel like women are blessed with an instinct, and I believe with a FMS, I can have one last healthy baby. I am really wanting a little girl..

So, maybe I'll ask for a referral to the FMS and see if he'll give me the clomid

Welcome honey! Is this your first time?
I am looking forward to this cycle as it seems like a new beginning. I am looking forward to seeing ovulation happen in the first half of my cycle (FX'd) and actually feeling a little optimistic in the TWW, because perhaps this month we might just be in with a chance!

Thought I'd come and join this one too.

Yeah it's my first time using clomid. Feel a bit nervous about the side effects but feel just like you, that its a new beginning

I'm going to take it at night to sleep through the side effects. Where are you in your cycle? Are you doing opks or temping to see when ovulation is? I usually ovulate regularly so I'm a bit scared that the clomid will affect when I ovulate

I am CD9 at the moment and waiting to ovulate. I am using OPKs and temping too. Ovulation should happen in the next week if it is going to happen so I am keeping my fingers tightly crossed that it works.
Also using conceive plus and trying to BD as much as possible. Keeping my hopes up as this is my first cycle back on it. I may not be so optimistic a few months in!

I took mine at night and suffered no side effects. I hope it is the same for you. Xx

I've heard great things about Soy. Had I not been given Clomid I was considering using that as a natural remedy.

It worked my first cycle in 2012 with our son. It was first cycle after an early miscarriage (3 years ago today actually) and I took it the same cycle days I am this time and I'm doing a similar dose (different brand so different MGs) in hopes it'll work like last time! I have a few other things I used for the first time that cycle so I'm going to add them in again this time. This is also the first cycle after an early miscarriage so it may work out perfectly!

i took 100mg clomid same days as you. im on cycle number 2 on this dose. fell pregnant in november on 50mg but lost baby in january at 7 weeks. then had 2 cycles on 50mg that didnt work so increased to 100mg.

just waiting to ovulate now.
