Starting soy tonight (17/11) who's with me????

I know a few ladies are starting soy soon so I thought we could all chat

I am on cycle 2 of TTC (came off BCP in july and we were NTNP until last month) but I am yet to detect ovulation. So I have decided to try soy isoflavones this cycle.

I will be taking it on CD2-6 (although will technically be CD3 as it will be past midnight when I go to bed) and I plan on taking 80mg for the first few days and then 120mg towards the end.

This cycle we are also trying cbfm and preseed for the first time. Along with my usual prenatal vitamins too

Feeling a little nervous about taking soy.

I'm hoping I can FIND some...and then i'd love to try it too. I'm not ovulating right now, so hoping it with some vitex can get things moving again.
