still feel rubbish

Hi i am 39 pregnant for the 6th time although i have 3 children,now 15 weeks and still feel rubbish ,still being sick,still got that metalic taste in my mouth and still itchy all over my body.And to top it all of now i have got a cold.Have heard and done all old wives tale. Sorry for ranting
