I am really trying to feel feel impatient but I am now 4 days over

I lost some clear plug last night and having some slight period pains but apart from that nothing

fed up of going to bed everynight thinking this will be the night and it isnt

I really hope I deliver by Monday or the school runs etc all have to go on and its soooo icy and slippy outside and my back is really hurting now

I honestly thought I would deliver before my EDD never mind 4 days over .....

What can I do to get things moving?? I am not going walking in this -4 outside brrrr and I dont have a birth ball.....vindaloo and sex tonight!!!!!!!!!

Awwww. I am sorry you're so over. I hope your LO comes soon. Wish I had some advice on how to get labor going. Maybe use the bouncy ball? Also, I know that when I overdo it, contractions are awful. Maybe try overdoing it?

I think asking your OH to help is the only way it certainly brings on BH for me anyway and I'm sure he wouldn't mind!!

oooo i feel for you i have a feeling i will be the same next week its so frustrating being so close to meeting our LOs but having no signs, have you tried eating pineapple that's meant to help and having a bath hope you not waiting for to much longer

Thanks hun.....I am starting to feel frustrated even though he will come when he wants and not much I can do! just hoping losing some plug is a sign!!! I just want to meet my baby now!

I am gonna try eat loads of fresh pineapple, have a hot bath then have sex, but thats about as active as I feel like getting today, feel exausted x

I'm in the same position as you, as I'm also 4 days over and fed up of waiting. It's starting to feel like it'll never happen! Have tried all the different old wives tales and nothing so far! Am about to bake loads of cookies to take my mind of waiting! I'm hoping that sod's law will kick in, and I'll go into labour before I get to try the cookies! If not, at least I'll have lots of cookies to take to hospital to keep my energy levels up!!

its mainly the unknown of when its going to happen, its making me more anxious lol x

Yeah does feel like your the only one and worse thing is going in playground and the mums saying you still here I got sweep booked for tomorrow doubt that will work lol my husband works an hour away up m25 and my family are all 30 mins drive and have no friends here really just moved from nth yorks so I'm hoping it's a night time labour fingers crossed x

No real symptoms here... just a little cramping, backaches but that's just the norm... a little plug loss but it means nada to me since it's not bloody. in some way i hpoe it's a blessing because i would hate to have all the promising symptoms and turn out to be just a teasing game for weeks!... would rather have no symptoms then have it all hit me at once and go in labor.

aw Paula, are you still waiting too. I'm so peeved off today with it all. I feel the size of a elephant, struggling to walk, can't get comfy when I'm sat down and can't sleep when I lie down.

started losing plug on saturday then loads of cramps throughout the night and this morning got me all excited. even had a big blob of plug this morning then it all stopped around lunchtime.

counted 5 cramps since 3pm and I so thought I'd be at the hospital by now.

goy a sweep booked tomorrow tough so hopefully things might progress soon.
