Still Testing positive after medically managed misscarage

Hi guys, Has anyone else experienced this, whats next if this happens? I had the pessaries last Monday 24th September, i have stopped bleeding now. I just tok a test and its positive. I have to take a test this monday (48 hours) and the gyney dept are calling to check the testing is negative. So what if it isnt by then? Another round of pessaries or D&C? Gutted that i would have to go through all this again. XX
