Stitch-like pain at top of bump HELP!

I woke up a few times in the night with a stabbing stitch like pain on the top left of my bump, it finally had me up and awake about an hour ago. I sat and massaged it but, like a stitch, it's very isolated pain so when I touch it it's sore. The rest of my bump is fine and isn't rigid or crampy.

Is it just stretching? I had spasms in my back yesterday so wondering if this is the same thing but at the front??

Anyone else had this? It's frigging painful!

My first thought would be gas pains. I've been having them all night.
