Does anyone else occasionally get a stitch like pain in their bump?

I seem to get it on my right hand side about belly button height when I've been walking and this morning I woke up with it!

Yes, all the time!
Not sure what it is, but can be very uncomfortable.

I get it too, at the top of my bump.

Dont really know what sets it off because I can sometimes get it even if I have been sitting down.

Ive got it now!! I have just walked 15 minutes to work and thinking maybe its like a stitch but is abit uncomfortable! xx

I get it, but mines more towards the bottom of my bump where my hip bone is :( Can't even walk for that long and I'm in agony!

I'm getting exactly the same thing and even spoke to my obstetrician beause I was worried (this is my first). A simple walk was like running a marathon and I was finding it hard to sleep at night.

Apparently it's due to our ligaments stretching due to our pregnancy hormones (progesterone and relaxin) loosening things to prepare for birth.

i get it every now and then it only last like a few secounds

That would explain why it's so bloody painful then!

I thought it was just me and I was going nuts!

I get this when i start walking, it is so painful - leaves me really unable to walk so i have to stop and wait for it to pass!
It's just everything stretching and being pushed apart, don't overdo it xx
