Stomach pains

Since Thursday last week every time I eat a meal about 30-40 mins after I am getting really bad stomach pains and having to rush to the loo
Anyone else had this? Never had thus before and it's pitting me off eating. It's bad enough feeling sick without the pains and toilet issues.

I was exactly the same in my 4th pregnancy, every meal i ate ended up me rushing to sit on loo, in agony, feeling like i was in labour every time i have had it on and off so far this time, hope it stays that way, it really isnt nice, but i take paracetamol for it normally, and last time round i took the paracetamol before the meal
