So I have a stash of pumped milk that I Had in the freezer and defrosted two days ago as I thought this can stay in the fridge 5 days I want to use it for one feed tonight as I'm so so tired and dh could do one feed for mr but I just read somewhere that it can only stay in the fridge 12 hours???
Also do we warm it in a bottle warmer or room temp?

Thank you x

Fresh pumped milk can stay in the fridge up to 5 days. Thawed milk should be used within 24 hours. I know it's hard to do but I'd dump it and defrost some new milk.

I always heat the milk in our bottle warmer because my babies like it warm but if your baby isn't picky, you could give room temp milk.

Thank you - it will be a sad throwing away! But better to be safe!

I agree with the PP and would throw it out. Sorry :(

Babies have different temperature preferences. Mine likes his room temp. Some babies don't mind it chilled!

Thanks I threw it out :(
The good news is that he took a bottle!! X
