Straining

Hi all! I went canoeing this morning, i do it quite regularly so know what I can and can't do to avoid harming myself or the baby but one of the boats capsixed today and I had to help them. This resulted in me straining myself to lift the boat. It was a one off but do you think it will have harmed the baby? I've had no bleeding or cramps afterwards, just a bit of heart burn!!!

I'm sure you'll be fine hun!! I think if you strained and had pain or bleeding then worry but as you haven't i think it'll be ok
