hi all im nearly 29weeks pregnant with my first baby. i was out doing food shopping today when all of a sundden i started to get a strange heavy pressure type feeling down in my lower abdomen and around my hips and my lady bits 
(TMI) felt very achey almost like before you come on your period... its the 2nd or 3rd time this has happend and i was just wondering if anyone else has experianced anything simmilar or have any idea what it could becharlotte xxxxx
