Strange Mucus? (caution: TMI)

Okay...so this may be a little disgusting to read, I apologize in advance.

Okay so I've been having diarreah problems for about 6 weeks. They recently went away and my stool hardened up again (thank god) and so today when I went it was only a tiny bit, so when I went to wipe something didn't feel right, so I looked at the toilet paper, and it was just mucus...and in the toilet was just a little bit of stool surrounded by mucus....

Can anyone help me figure out what this is?? I've been looking and looking on google to no avail....

The poo was surrounded in mucus? Or you lost some mucus? Losing mucus could be your plug, but not if its from the anus. x

it was like rectal mucus....
and idk if that's normal or not...

It might not be rectal mucus....it might be from your vagina, and it might be your plug!

Sounds like it may be your plug, like you wiped and it got on the tissue from your vagina area. It's normal mama

It could still be from your vagina maybe?? Just keep an eye on it and see what happens next time. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about though

i guess it could be my mucus plug.
It was just reallllly wierd.

I'm glad i'm not the only one who's had it though!
