Looks like it was actually a good question as it's got a fair few ladies thinking about it when they hadn't before, myself included!
I think I'll go for the baggy t-shirt option with the initial skin-to-skin being on my belly. I also want to use a birthing pool for some of the labour, so will probably have a few t-shirts and keep one on in the pool. I'm sooo not confident enough to sit around in there in front of the midwives with nothing on!!
