Streaks of blood at ovulation time?

I'm on cd 16 of a typically 29 day cycle. I don't chart or temp or use opks at this moment. We have had sex quite a lot recently with the most recent being Monday morning. Tonight when I wiped there was red streaks in what I would classify as ewcm. I've never had this before. Does anyone know what this could mean? I had a chemical last month. In case that's helpful. Sone people get it during ovulation i had it 2 days befor i ovulated this cycle.

I got Spotting during out s*x Friday night, so yes it happens during Ovulation. Sometimes before and after or during, but it usually mean you have a potent Ovulation cycle. That means you got a good chance to get pregnant so FX for you sweets!

I have had this occasionally, I mentioned it to my fertillity doctor and she said it's totally normal. Good luck x

I had two days of brown tinged EWCM this cycle before ovulation. I think it's just something that happens sometimes.
