Strong surge but no ovulation detected.

As you can see on my chart I had a positive opk on day 15. I had horrendous migraine building up to my surge and was vomiting badly, So now here I am with strong surge but nothing on my chart.

This happened to me once last May when I was very stressed out. I had two positive OPKS around CD 13 and 14 and my temps didn't shift until CD21. Sometimes your body can gear up to ovulate and then not for whatever reason. Be patient and keep testing, it will happen. My luteal phase length that cycle confirmed that I ovulated on CD21 which is basically a week later than I have ever ovulated.
