I have a 6 month old baby and i am really struggling to lose the last stone of baby weight. I was very active before i got pregnant - used to go to gym 3 times a week. But now i dont have the time and if i do i find i am too tired. How can i lose the weight without going to the gym 3 times a week?
I refuse to buy new clothes, as i desperately want to get into my pre-pregnancy clothes, but it is getting sooooo depressing having to wear the same two pairs of trousers!
