Stupid Doctor

went to my doc last week after a very stressfull weekend in hospital with a suspected blood clot on my lung and i asked if he could just reasure me that my baby was ok after everything that went on so he said he would send me for a scan for peace of mind.

i received a letter today from a totally different hosptial that doesnt even have a maternity unit for a abdominal and pelvis scan which as nothing to do with pregnancy.

so now i have got to go to docs in the morning to ask what i need to do as the nice lady on the phone explained that he never put anything about being pregnant on the refferal letter.

i'm guessing was proberbly the stupid receptionist that booked the scan so going to speak the them first and possibly give them a piece of my mind for not checking.

so about the rant but was looking forward to seeing my baby early

at least he referred you... After 2 weeks waiting for my scan date i find out that my doctor hadn't bothered! Sooo frustrating, do they not think there things are important? I'm complaining to the practice manager x
