Stupid GP!

So after hitting the 3 week late mark I decided to go to the doctor for a blood test. He basically laughed at me saying that plenty of women miss periods and it doesn't mean anything. He's not going to waste money on a blood test for something he finds is a cause of impatience. He also said that if i'm pregnant then i will know soon enough. What does that mean?? I haven't done a test in over a week as i got sick of looking at negative ones. I was too depressed to go buy some today after that. Sorry for the moan, just sad!!!

to make it all worse, i have my driving test tomorrow which ive already failed 4 times. bah!!!!

I get you'd want to be taking a break after what happened you the last time wouldn't you??

I hate going to the doctor there useless.

Traumatic birth I'd to get a massive blood transfusion and I'd severe rectal scarring and bruising.

I haven't taken BC since baba was born, he's nearly nine months. If I'm not pregnant by January I'm going to go to the doctor about it. And I know for a fact they will fob me off and make me feel embarrassed for asking. So il probably have to go to a private clinic and that has a fabulous €300 price tag.

Right sorry, yeah it does play a part in it. (thank you for remembering that!) Its like i got to the 'right, lets go for it stage' and now this makes me wonder if i should. I started the pill when she was 6 weeks old but stopped it after a few days due to it causing severe migraines. We didnt had sex until we started trying again which was last month. Isabella is now 11 months. How long have you been trying? xxx

I've been trying since May so five months with a m/c in July.
It was like you I got my BFP at 3weeks late.

How long have you been trying?? BC gave me awful headaches always.

We have only been trying since the first week of august. I got my period on the 14th but havent had one since. I really should test as i have a few symptoms, just not sure i can take seeing a negative again. Im seriously bloated, spotty as hell, total moody moo, sore lower back, terrible insomnia, and soooo tired! Why couldnt the GP just do the test??? Idiot!!! xxx

They are so lazy. A quick blood test is all you need.
Frer's are so expensive you hate to be using them all the time. I use the internet cheapies but their not as good.

I've used 25 IC's since we started trying. They are terrible for evap's so not going to be buying more. They don't teach you this in school about how to make babies! *sigh*xxx

Doctors really can be a pain in the arse. I don't understand why they have to be so rude sometimes?

I think you should definitely take a test! I know it's really disappointing seeing a negative result all the time, but I think it sounds like you've got a good chance of it being positive.

And as for your driving test I can totally relate! I had my first driving test on Tuesday and I totally screwed it up because I was soo nervous! It was bloody awful x

I will get a test tomorrow deff. Its driving me nuts this whole thing. I was CD56 (3 weeks late) when i got a bfp with my daughter. Hoping it's the same this time but don't want to get my hopes up.

It totally sucks this whole driving thing lol. Im past the point of caring if i pass now, if i do bonus, if not then just do it again and again lol xxx

well i did a test tonight and its a big fat negative. i'm actually going to cry. My last period was 7 weeks ago now. Ok it would be gutting to get my period but at least it would mean i could keep trying. Not having it is delaying things and driving me mad. Sorry for the moan xxx

Whats worse than a GP? My fertility specialist that did an unnecessary surgery that only lead to more scar tissue in an already blocked tube.

Aw bum Teri, itd make you feel horrible. My periods are still all over the place I've only had 3periods. I'm like a mermaid.

If it's not back by next week go to the doctor and give you something to get you started.

Well, got my period this morning but also a faint positive (i had already pee'd in a cup and dipped the test before i notice the blood) Can blood interfere with a test? I'm so frustrated!! xxx
