Stupid Question Alert .............

I know I am so silly for asking but I can't work out my ovulation date.

I lost a baby in January & my cycles have been sooooooooo messed up ever since.
I have been using cheap OPKs and also a CBFM to track o. I can't temp as my sleeping pattern is very irregular & end up waking all through the night.

When do you ladies think I should count as O day ?????

Saturday = First + OPK
Sunday = + OPK & Peak on CBFM
Today = Peak CBFM & -OPK

Any suggestions would be great xxxx

Didnt want to read and run xx Just know that your cycles should get back to normal. I have had 4 losses, and my periods run a mile, but they do sort them selfs out after a bit xx Hope your ok huni.
