Success with Clomid??

My doctor told me that if I'm not having regular cycles in a couple months when I go back, she will put me on Clomid to try to help. I have been told in the past that I have PCOS. I have lost weight and within a few pounds of what I weighed when I got pregnant the last time.. hopefully I won't need the extra help, but if I do, hopefully it works!

How has your experience been with Clomid? I'm just wondering about the success rate? Side effects? The risk for twins or more? Info in general? I'm googling it, but I'm still curious about others' experience with it.
