Sudden sharp pain

Twice now, yesterday and this morning I have had a sudden sharp pain in the lower left side, close to the inside of my leg. Does anyone know what this could be as it's starting to worry me?! It happened when I got up from my seat and also when lying on my bed and stretching out my leg....

i also get this but alot more often, sometimes it leaves me doubled over for about a second or two but after a trip to er i found out it is round ligament pain for me....maybe this is what your experiencing, the sudden sharp tug of a ligament as your uterus continues to move up and stretch

yeh it's just your ligaments softening for your growing body! Nothing to worry about unless it gets real severe.

hiya i have this too but mine as been hurting since sat goin the docs l8r tho as it hurts when i walk or pick things up. mayb get an app wiv ya docs/mw as if your worrying you need to put your mind at ease x

I get this and asked my midwife about it yesterday and she said its ligaments and very common in that particular area! It's a bit of a shock when it suddenly stabs tho isn't it! Hopefully it gets better, I only get in every so often! X
