I feel like I got old all of a sudden! Anyone have that happen? I'm just over 3 weeks in and it seems like all I want to do is stretch and work the kinks from my neck, and every time I move I hear "pop, Pop, POP!!"

I'm normally not this stiff.

Yesterday I went in and took a Spanish placement test for the university I'm attending, and 10 minutes in I felt like my neck had frozen tilted towards the paper and the un-comfort never went away.

I also feel like I can't sit in one place too long.

Anyone else experience this or am I just being paranoid? :)

Oh sug! I'm sorry to hear it...i don't know where you're from but its possible what you're experiencing is the weather change. I know everyone here at the office is feeling and only 3 of us are preggers!

I'm in SE Washington, so yeah that could be it too. I had knee surgery a few years back and it seems like before the weather changes it aches like crazy! The last few nights have been extra cold so maybe I just got the chills and now I'm achy from it.

I've had the same thing! I can't sit in a seat for very long before I'm super uncomfortable and have to fidget around. I've also felt a little achy last week.

You guys may also want to try acupuncture. I know what you're thinking "oh dear god one of those homeopathic health freaks" let me tell you mates, I'm not like that at all. The acupuncture was the ONLY thing to work on my ribs (after years of treatments and countless dollars flushed away) and i have never felt better all around. Chinese acupuncture is the best; though Japanese I shy away from. Honestly take a look and see if maybe it will be right for you. It should help with the pains at least and if all else fails, get your sweetheart to rub you down. It helps loads.

Oh I've totally had the same thing especially in my hips, legs and lower back.
