Suddenly WTT instead of TTC

For four years now I've been trying to conceive, I've had a few miscarriages, but never got past 10 weeks. Today I was given a Depo Provera shot for medical (not contraceptive reasons) but unfortunately it means I wont be able to get pregnant for at least 12 weeks and I just don't know how to feel about this. I've been trying for so long, that the thought of not even being able to try is just baffling to me.

Is this normal?

Has anyone else been there?

That sucks hun, I hope that time flies by so you can try again soon. I may not be in that exact situation, but a lot of us here have to wait to try for reasons somewhat out of our own control so we can totally relate to your frustration and impatience. We're with ya, girl. Its no fun but chatting with the women in the WTT threads helps us get through and know you're not alone and helps to pass the time.

When I was ttc my first I did a couple 3 month cycles of bcp due to pcos and cysts. It was always really hard ans strange.

I hope this pass passes quickly and you are able to get back To ttc.
