sunday n clocks

Hey all

Just wandering as clocks go forward Sunday night does this mean I should take my bbt an hr earlier Monday?

I had to look this up earlier this month b/c our time change was a few weeks go - what i read was that you're supposed to stick with the same time before and after the time change. So if you temp at 6am now, stay with 6am then.

I switched to the new time, myself, b/c I temp when we get up to feed our cats, which is already early. I didn't want to set my alarm for an hour earlier than that! So I don't know if I messed up my chart or what. But anyway - this is what I found!
