Sure Start Maternity Grant address **UPDATE - spoke to Jobcentre, useful info!**

Hey ladies,

Can anyone help? I'm waddling off to the midwife so she can sign this form form me, then I was going to continue the waddling to the post office...but I can't find anything about where I'm meant to send the damned form once it's filled in! I downloaded it off the internet, so don't have a prepaid envelope or anything like that. Apologies if the information is somewhere on the form and I've missed it/am being a little dumb...I'll take the opportunity to blame my preg-brain!

Updated - just called the jobcentre and they've given me this address...even they had to ask around to find out!

Apparently if you send/take the form to your jobcentre this is where they'll send it anyway, so this is a direct address.

Your midwife may know? Although I think I have read on here (please don't take this as definate!) that it goes to your local job centre?

Thanks ladies - I had an internet search while I waited for responses and knew I'd end up obsessing if I didn't hear the address from the horses mouth, so I called Jobcentre Plus to ask them. Can't believe even they weren't sure! Seems daft to have the form available to download and print but NOTHING anywhere to say where you're meant to send it afterwards! Updated original post with the info xxx
