My 3 month old has been waking in the night again and been off his milk. I checked his gums and on the bottom there is a hard tiny white speck. Is this his first tooth already? He is also having longer sleeps in the day

He could be. My boss's daughter got her first teeth at 3 months. Saying that, Clara had 2 hard white specks where her bottom eye teeth would be and I thought she was teething but the doctor said it was something else (I can't remember what though). Now that she has her first two teeth I can see that the white specks were nothing like teeth coming in, but I had no idea. Do you have a picture of them?

It is possible. My mom told me I got my first tooth at 3 months. Its rare to have a baby teeth so early but is possible, and studies show that if a babies parents were early teethers, the baby probably will be also.
