Surprise BFP on the pill

Well we had decided and we're happy and settled with our 2 beautiful boys J 5 and L 3.
I was on cerazette for my birth control and then the doctors couldn't get it due to a manufacturer issue so gave me another cerelle I think it's called! Finished last packet of my pill on the 18th and started new one on the 19th July so not sure if it's change in pill or what but I felt weird at the end of July really sicky and just weird like I did with L's pregnancy! I got a negative test on Wednesday which was a day late period and OH was over the moon but I knew so tested again today and here we are a BFP it's a complete shock that hasn't really sunk in
