Suspected ENDO and intense o pain

hi!!
well my question is as the tittle says.....ihave suspected endo (not had surgery yet as i want to avoid it if i can) it has lead to one hospital admission last year where i had a nice cyst on my left ovary.

the pain was always typically 3-4days before i started AF or after DTD. but since i had my implant out in dec ive noticed many more symptoms, pelvic pain when urinating from the middle of my cycle until AF and intense one sided pain roughly around ovulation (idont temp or use opks) my GP thinks i have another cyst atm after proding my ovary :S

does anyone else have really painful ovulation? or is it just because i have a cyst again? xxx

I often have a lot of pain around ovulation and up to and during AF, I too have endometriosis - had a surgery about 2.5 yrs ago where they found it and it gets worse if I'm not on BC. Just hope I get pregnant soon so it doesn't have time to get too much worse.
Can you get an ultrasound if the dr thinks you have a cyst?
