Sweaty hands and feet on a 3 month old?!

Okay so I thought babies didn't sweat?! But my daughters hands and feet sweat sooooo much! even if the room isn't hot or shes only wearing a vest she sweats!
Is there an explanation for this? I just can't understand why

Bethany is the same, especially her feet. No idea why, but she is just like her sweaty daddy

Ryan has always had sweaty hands and feet, his feet even get a bit whiffy
He also has a really sweaty head, always get left with a damp patch where he's been laying on me to feed or sleep!

LO does this too, she stinks! I'm sure I read somewhere that it's a way of getting rid of salt etc.? Maybe I made that up

Don't keep washing it away as it makes the body produce more oil, once a day in the bath is fine, keep socks etc. off if possible too xx

Mine does too! She pretty much has from birth lol. Even if her feet are cold they're sweaty. Her hands used to be sweaty too but I cant tell if they are or not now because of the huge amounts of dribble xx

Mine sweats a lot too. The doctor said it's normal for babies to throw off a lot of heat.
