Girls just a wee quick question. DH contacted his doctor three weeks ago to arrange to have his swimmers tested (this was a huge deal for him to do, I would say he has almost a phobia of Doctors. it has taken him about two years to muster up the courage). Anyhow the Doctor took his details and said they would phone him back when the treatment room got a 'pack in'.

Can I be nosy and ask if this was the procedure that anybody else had as I'm beginning to think he has been forgotten about.

my DH did the dreaded swinner test too.

He had to collect a sample pack from his doctors surgery (basically a plastic cup, labels & instructions).

Then on his chosen day, DTD into the cup and wizz it to the hospital lab in under an hour!

It may be that your doc has just not got and sample packs in his surgery atm. Maybe you could ring and ask and collect it on DHs behalf.. Or give the doc a call to chase, it seems like you have been waiting a while

gl with the sample!!

I gave my gp reception a call to say that my husbands gp was meant to be leaving a sample pack for him to collect and could I collect it. They said that was fine, think they were used to the men not wanting to go in. Try giving them a call and they can chase the gp if they havent left it there for you/him to collect
