Hi all, swollen ankles anyone? Noticed mine today at 20 weeks now they are tingling n sore :(

Put your feet up, Ive been lucky to only have minimal swelling so far. I always have a sock indention. I worked on my feet until 27 weeks. Are you on your feet a lot?

I didn't think I was i do sit alot but I'm always up and down all day long - checking with midwife as im high risk pre eclampsia :/
it's only minimal though so should be ok I hope x

Mine were TERRIBLE...24w and on. By the time of my c-section at 38w it was scary looking.
Always keep an eye on them....if you think they have gotten worse....always call the doc! Don't hesitate!

Mine were awful too and didn't subside until a good few weeks after birth. Drink plenty of water, ask you OH to massage them and do some circular movements/exercises regularly. Xx

Mine are terrible too! Started around 22 weeks and has just gotten way worse. Now my feet, ankles and calves are swollen too. I've only got a pair of clogs I can wear currently and they are barely tolerable. Not sure what to do---do you think I can go barefoot at work? I just work at a hospital.

It's a shame it's winter otherwise it would be flip flops all the way!

midwife told my partner he has to massage them- I'm still waitING grr

I wish I saved pics of my feet. It was super bad.
