Swollen painful armpit glands

This might not have anything to do with pregnancy... but maybe it does! I have 2 swollen glands on my right armpit. Have had them for a couple of months. First, I thought they were my body's reaction to 3 colds one after the other but I've been fine for ages and they are still there. I asked the MW yesterday and she told me to see the GP, better safe than sorry but she said it could be hormonal from the pregnancy. Any had anything similar?

I had a swollen lymph node kind of under my ear after a bad cold, and it took forever to go back to normal. I even had an ultrasound done to check it, but it was ok. I swear it was there for most of a year, but no sign of it now. Best to get it checked, but its probably ok.

My aunt and cuz both had them my cuz ended up having hers removed they can be very painful I doubt it has anything to do with being pregnant tho
