symptoms dissapearing

hi there im currently on 11 DPO and i got a BFN this morning but for the past week i have had endless symptoms sense of smell hit the roof dizzyness moody crying at little things cold symtpoms headaches sore boobs nausa BUT its all gone has anyone heard of this before and then got a bFP? or am i out? any advice would be great thanks girls x

You're not out until AF shows up. 11 DPO is still pretty early.
