I'm 7 weeks and most of my symptoms are gone and I don't feel pregnant most of the time. My boobs are still tender and I have pressure in my lower abdomen but no sickness, no cravings (which I had), no frequent peeing, no vivid dreams, all of these symptoms I had just disappeared. Has anyone else had this happen?

As your pregnancy continues you will find symptoms come and go.

It could be that your body has adjusted to the influx of hormones.

I haven't had cravings or sickness or sore breasts and I havent noticed any increase of cm.

In early pregnancy I was exhausted a lot of the time and that was really my only noticeable pregnancy tell.

Yesterday I felt normal! But today the nausea is back a little bit. I believe its normal for them to come and go. Try not to worry

I'm in the same boat. Boobs are still too big and I'm still fat, but everything else has backed off.
