Symptoms in first cycle after implant removal?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has had a lot of abdominal tightness/light cramping after ovulation during their first cycle after implanon or similar implant removal? I am about 16dpo today, BFN yesterday, but been having many PMS/preg symptoms that I have never had before such as sore boobs (and bigger), this consistent cramping and tightness that makes me feel like I have been doing many sit-ups and exhausted, as well as sticky creamy CM. Anyone else in the same boat, or been through this and then AF turned up or pregnancy confirmed??? Trying to work out if hormones are attempting to regulate or something else.
