everyone! I'm not sure how many members are active in this area anymore but I'm back on the health and weight loss journey again. I lost almost 75lbs back in 2017-2018 and after my FIL passed away, I ended up gaining it all back and I am now on medication (weekly injections) for diabetes. I am trying to follow a ketogenic way of eating right now, and do daily walks (weather permitting) and at least hit 10k steps each day. I need some motivation to keep going and would love to have some of you amazing ladies keep me accountable!
