taking soy isoflavones if you already ovulate?

So I have just ordered some as I wanted to try it this cycle, hopefully it will come tomorrow and I can start taking it day 4-7 (anyone know if that's OK to do).

I was just reading up on it and some people say don't take it if you already ovulate on your own, we have been ttc for 8 cycles and I have had positive opks but not fallen pregnant.
Anyone have any advise on whether to take the or not? Thanks

Didnt work for me:/ i got anovulatory cycles after the 2nd cycle i gave up but still need help oing: ( ive moved on to vitex but i know it does help many others

Its not recommended for girls who ovulate on there own ...But I've read a lot of post on here with ladies sayin they still went ahead n took it although the ovulated on there own because they grew impatient waitin on a bfp...
Some said it mess them up
Other praise n swear by it ..
I say it's worth the try since nothing has happened for u in 8months but still its ur choice n if u r willin to take the risk
