All is well thanks girls...Just popped on quickly, but we have been out and where I have done more walking and standing on my feet (more than I have in a long long time) I am now paying for it and am not able to move very well, so have been chlling

But I hope to be back on here properly tomorrow!

Well we never got to the safari park as Paul has not been 100% but we did go shopping then shopping around our local centre and we went out for dinner but I paid for it when I got back Lots of pain killers and trying not to move too much! BUT I am feeling much better today at last
