Have been waiting weeks for them to sort my claim out, last week was told there was some sort of error with partners name, thought that quite rude really just because its not spelt the "usual" way, anyway they said it was at head office, rand again and they sent a email to head office, have just rang again!! and been told its still not been awarded and they have sent a email to head office to be put as priority as been waiting too long
Anybody had anything like this and what sort of timeframe can I expect as they said there isnt one when I asked, how can they say something is priority but not even have their own guidelines for it themselves???
