Have you renewed your claim recently?

My parents applied for it few years ago and they backdated it for a year and they got a large sum in their bank account without a letter, they explained everything when my mum rang them.

I always seem to get any refunds before the award letter but if you're worried maybe give them a call :hugs:

once you'd told them of an underpayment how long did it take to come through, they've had my oh down earning 10k more than he actually did, its been 2 1/2 weeks since i sent them a copy of p60 as proof.

It was approx 3 weeks maybe? Just a rough guess? But I didnt have to send documentation in because it was their error, i had told them I was on a Allowance and they didnt put 2+2 together and see I cant claim that Allowance if I was working :dohh:

Its like all your Birthdays at once when it happens isnt it! I didnt see how much you got but this time 2 years ago I went the cash machine to take my last £10 out and had about 4k in there. I cried, there and then in spar haha. Went home rang them and they had us down as earning a lot more that we actually had so it was all ours. I get goosepimples just thinking about the day still lol. It seems to happen when it really helps too!
