Tax Credits

Okay so when I check at the moment we would be entitled to some child tax credits but apparantly from April 2011 the baby element is being stopped. Does this mean we wouldnt get any Child tax credit full stop or could we possibly be entitled to some under the child or family element?

These elements confuse me!!

At the moment I am on approx £14664 & hubby is on £15000 so looking at the thresholds we would still be entitled to something based on those only entitled to child tax credit (we arent able to get working tax credit) I assume?

Yep you should still get a little something. When we had an income of just under 30000. We got bout £10 a week tax credits. But in april this may go down.
