Tea anyone?

This is our second month of TTC. I've read a lot of things about tea while TTC and pregnant. I usually have a cup of english breakfast tea every day. Should I stop? Would it make my chances of conceiving better?

I don't think tea really matters. If it has caffeine in it (which is usually why they say avoid it) as long as it is just the one cup I'm sure it will be fine.

Oh I hear ya! I have a horrible caffeine habit that will be total hell to kick when it comes time for TTC again. We were for about 3 months this past summer and that is the one thing I had to battle most

It's just so relaxing to have a cup of tea at the end of the day!

I get really bad migraines and I can't take any medications because they make me sick so I self medicate with caffeine lol I would dye without my morning coffee. It's my me time I have a little drive to work so I just listen to some music and sip my coffee and let myself wake up lol

My doctor told me that one cup of coffee/tea (with caffeine) a day is fine but JUST ONE cup.

I also wonder if caffeine can have an affect on your CM because it dehydrates you. I think I'll post this question as a forum starter and see what happens.

I am terrible about drinking water during the day. I have one decaf coffee in the morning and then like one glass of ginger ale all day. Not good.

My CM is normal. Hopefully that means all is good with drinking tea!

i hope tea is ok! I cant survive without 2 cups a day.. one in the morning, and one in the evening. Ive downgraded from coffee, so i thought i was doing well! xx

Totally unrelated to TTC...

Dana_scully is my new favorite forum name!! My husband and I are currently re-watching all of the X-files shows on Netflix. It's out evening routine. Love it.
