Tell me about fertilitea and temping

I'm considering ordering some fertilitea to try this cycle. Is it only meant to drink before you O?? And as soon as you O your supposed to stop drinking it? I'm also breastfeeding still, anyone else drink this while breastfeeding?
Also... for temping. If I set an alarm everyday and wake up immediately and take my temp, will it be invalid if I'm up multiple times during the night to nurse my son? New to temping and charting!
And I'm going to try using preseed this cycle too. I just use it like normal lube every time we right? Also planning to put in a soft cup after sex too.
Looking for any tips!!!

Haven't tried fertilitea so not sure sorry.

You need at least 4 hours sleep before taking your temp at the same time each day. You can give it a go and see how you get on. You might see a pattern with the temps you are able to record.

Yes for preseed. You can get applicators but you don't need to use them.

If my moon cup arrives this cycle then I'll try that too. I ordered it last week.
