I am feeling serious pressure today in my uterus area along with what feels like pulled muscle feelings and sharp twinges. This is just the uterus doing its thing and the baby burrowing in, right? I just worry a little because I had pressure with my MC in April. This feels kinda like right before AF starts but different? Lol, I know that makes no sense!

I had a lot of cramping at the start of my pregnancy. One evening was so bad I broke out in a sweat! But then I had a scan a week or so later and saw that both my beans were doing fine. It seems that period like pain is quite normal in early pregnancy and some women even get it later on. As long as you are not bleeding (fresh red blood) I am told it is nothing to worry about. Good luck :)

sounds like what I went through as well....I felt strange stretching 'down there' and slightly different from usual cramps; pls note that I was so obsessive about possible pregnancy (and an over-reliance on pregnancy tests in the months following an m/c) that I delayed doing a preg test until I had missed two cycles, but I can tell you that it just felt slightly different....

hope that helps. again, if no red blood, usually it's the uterus moving around. I'm 17wks+2 and had to ask my ob/gyn whether the stretch movements around my belly button were normal or not (they are, the uterus moves up during pregnancy)....

best wishes

At 4 weeks I had pretty bad cramps for 1 or 2 days. It's normal your uterus is stretching and expanding to accommodate a growing baby for 9 months. Try not to stress out. Every pregnancy is different, just because you had a MC before, does not mean you will MC again. I have had 1 previous pregnancy which ended in blighted ovum and this one is perfect. Take care of yourself and don't read anything online. Good luck.

This is exactly how I described it to my mom yesterday. Very dull pressure or cramps, like AF would show next day or later that night. She (a nurse) said it was normal. Lots of good things goin on down there!! Makes total sense. Uterus growing making room for baby, increased blood flow to lay down all that great circulation for the bean.

I have found that since finding out I tend to have these feelings after doing a lot - up and down from my seat a lot at work, walking the dog far, crouching down to clean things, etc. Try not to worry and just make sure to rest when your body wants it!

This! It's exactly what I've been through and had bad cramps and freaked out during this pregnancy early on, I couldn't find it in my heart to celebrate until I got an u/s to see the little bean! I know it's really hard, but try not to worry and WHATEVER you do, don't read anything online regarding miscarriage or your symptoms! This is the FIRST thing my doctor said when I went in, if you have a question, call them first. Best of luck for a great 9 months! :flower:
