I don't have a chart to share from online but here is what it's been so far...
Cd1 - 36.2
Cd2 - 36.2
Cd3 - 36.2
Cd4 - 36.3
Cd5 - Forgot to take temp
Cd6 - 36.3
Cd7 - 36.4
Cd8 - 36.2
Cd9 - 36.4
Cd10 - 36.2
Cd11 - 36.4

Last night I went to bed early and I woke up at 2:30am after sleeping for 4 hours. I checked and it was 36.6. However, I went back to sleep for 3 hours and I woke up it was 36.5 and then another 2 hours sleep and it was 36.5. Should I chart that at 36.6, 36.5 or disregard and just leave it for tomorrow? I normally check between 7am-8am.

Wow...
They look like flat temps?
Not sure what it means though.
Didn't want to R&R. :(

Oh. R&R is read and run... When someone reads the post, but they don't respond.
Sometimes you'll see the post views increase, but there won't be any responses.
Some people get really mad when people read and don't respond. They threaten to leave the message board and not log in again ever. (drama) Lol.

I recognized that the temps were flat, so I wanted to make sure that I acknowledged ya!

Here's something from Fertility Friend:

Hope this helps!

36.5, make a note of it though

The reason she has flat temps is because she is using a regular thermometer, if she used a BBT that measured to the hundredth (.01) it most likely wouldn't be flat xx

I'm using a digital bbt therm. Battery can't be flat though. It worked for my hubby recently when he had a high fever :(

Is it the BD brand? I've heard that's the only BBT that doesn't measure to the hundredth. That could still be why you're getting "flat temps" though :flower: xx

If you are uesing a BBT it would be 36.26 or so on not just 36.2 the last number makes a load of diff. As for waking up every few hrs wellcome to the world of bbt that what it makes you do when you 1st start lol but yes i would record the temp nere to the time you wake as you fell back to sleep with out getting up .
