temp dip 5dpo

I'm on 5dpo and the last couple morning my temp has been lower, especially this morning, then the three days following ovulation when it was rising. I'm wondering if it's because the last couple mornings I've been sort of awake before my alarm goes off to temp. I'm not talking or anything but I'm not fully asleep either, maybe tossing and turning and a little bit of thinking. Can any of this cause a change in temp? Does it need to be as soon as I wake up in order to be accurate? Here's my chart...

If anything, tossing and turning would increase your temp so I really dont think the dip has anything to do with that. It maybe a fluke temp, secondary estrogen surge or implantation. Good luck

Yeah you're right. I thought it was odd that it was so low. Maybe it was colder in our room too. I'm going to temp as soon as I wake up tomorrow, rather than laying in bed awake, and see what happens. Thank you!
