How much of a temperature increase do pregnant women have? I took it when I woke up it was 98.9. I took it now it's 99.5...I'm so confused.

How many DPO are you? It's different for everyone so it's hard to say. Do you chart?

That's a good little temp jump isn't it?! Do you use a BBT thermometer or a standard thermometer?

standard thermometer. I can't find a good BBT one, the one I had broke within a day lol

ahh ok. My chart before buying a BBT thermometer was all over the place! The temp difference was so drastic. I noticed that I wasn't getting a significant temp shift, my regular thermometer was putting my temp at over 97.5 during the follicular phase and throughout the cycle. When I got my new therm, I realized that my temps never went over 97.1 before ovulation. It made a huge difference. Have you considered using fertility friend to help track your cycle?

Hello girls I took my temp this morning was 36.50 jst took it now and 37.15 dunno if it means anything this coz I think ur jst meant to take it when u first wake up x x

Hi guys, just to let you know, that you temp increases throughout the day, that's why its important to take your temperature at the exact same time everymorning before getting out of bed. Fore Example, my alarm goes off at same time every morning regardless of the time i intend to get up, as soon as the alarm goes off i take my thermometer from under my pillow and put in my mouth, take my temp, then move to get up and turn alarm off and go about my day or go back to bed. This is the only way to get an accurate chart and see what a proper increase in temp is. If you even take it an hour later it will be higher than what it would have been and not be accurate.
