Question?
I got a smiley OPK on CD14 :sex:that night and again on CD15 both AM and PM had ovulation aches on CD15. My temps although random were about 36.40 C before on CD15 I took my temp and it was 36.16 C and then on CD 16 it had risen to 36.60 C today CD17 it is still 36.60. Now in orevious months it was up aroung 36.80 - 36.90 by now so I am concerned I am not producing prgesterone and it has only risen 0.2, whewre as all the sites are saying 0.4 rise to show ovulation. I know I can't do anything about it now but is this normal?? I swore I would'nt take temps this month cos it drove me to distraction previously I stop tomorrow after 1 last temp!!

sorry didnt wanna read and run but i'm not sure

Maybe your just having a slow rise? Lots of people have them and i had one once but its nothing to worry about

I agree, it's pretty common to have a slow rise in temp. post-O. As long as it rises more you should be fine, sometimes it takes 2-3 days to fully rise. Best of luck!

I say dont worry alot of people dont have high rises - like me for example I dont have high rises they above my coverline but they isn't that high up.
